Jakarta, May 21, 2012 – In the celebration of National Archive Day, on Monday, May 21, 2012, Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) and the RI National Archive (ANRI) have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on operation of e-Government and Open Government Indonesia. The agreement signed by President Director of Telkom, Arief Yahya, and Chief of ANRI, M. Asichin, SH, M.Hum.
On that occasion, Director of Enterprises and Wholesale Telkom, Muhammad Awaluddin, and Deputy of ANRI Archive System Information and Development, Dra. Dini Saraswati, MAP have signed an agreement on “Operation of E-Government and Open Government Indonesia”.
Cooperation between Telkom-ANRI covers development and applications of National Archive Information System (SIKN), National Archive Information Network (JIKN), Static Archive Information System (SIKS) and Dynamic Archive Information System (SIKD). “These four applications will be used in processing archive for the ministry, state-owned body (BUMN), Provincial/Regional Government and universities (PTN) utilizing TelkomCloud services,” said Arief Yahya.

Arief Yahya added, Telkom and ANRI have agreed to develop and improve SIKD and SIKS and operation of SIKN and JIKN by deploying human resources (HR) and ITC (Information Technology and Communication), utilization of infrastructure of Cloud Computing of Telkom and training, distribution, operations and maintenance of application of SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN.
Following the signed agreement, Telkom and ANRI will cooperate in deploying human resources and Telkom’s ITC facilities for developing and improving applications of SIKD and SIKS, and operations of SIKN and JIKN implemented in the form of provision of development facilities and HR support; provision of development facilities, HR support and all information about development standard required by ANRI to be able to combine applications of SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN to service package of Telkom’s Government Cloud (GCloud).
Utilization of infrastructure of Telkom’s Cloud Computing in the operations of SIKN and JIKN will be implemented by maintenance and development to the package of applications of SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN; provision of support required for handling fault occurred on the applications of SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN; provision of computing facilities and early phase of storage for each network for the operations of SIKN-JIKN and participation in the community of developer of Telkom’s Cloud Computing/Applications.
Cooperation in distribution, training, guidance of network, and operations and also maintenance of SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN applications will be implemented as unpaid portion of Telkom’s GCloud package offered to central and regional institutions or JIKN; Organize socialization and training of Telkom’s GCloud service package; Provide all materials for socialization and training of SIKD, SIKS, SIKN, and JIKN applications; Provide instructors from Telkom side to operate the Training of Trainer (ToT) for SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN applications and source code access for SIKD, SIKS, SIKN and JIKN applications available at Telkom’s GCloud can only be done by ANRI and Telkom to assure data security.
